Description

As an administrator, I want to search and consult user accounts so that I can efficiently manage the organization's users.

Acceptance Criteria:
-Search
The administrator can search for a user by name, email, department, team, site, or role.
Matching results are displayed as a list.

-Filters
The administrator can filter the list by status (active/inactive), department, team, or site.

-Detailed view
Selecting a user opens their full profile (personal information, organizational data, roles, status).

-No results
If no match is found, a message clearly indicates this.

"Note: US04, US05, US06 & US07 are pushed by the same ID #3748"
