Pixiportal

As a user, I want to open an authorized application directly from PixiPortal, so that I have a single entry point to the company's ecosystem.
Acceptance Criteria:
Successful launch
When the user clicks an application they have access to, they are redirected into it without needing to re-authenticate.

Access denied
If the user attempts to open an application they no longer have access to (e.g., role removed in the meantime), access is refused and a message informs them.

Unavailable application
If the application has been deactivated by an administrator, it no longer appears in the catalog and cannot be launched.
