As an administrator, I want to activate or deactivate user accounts, so that I can control access while preserving historical data.

Acceptance Criteria:
-Deactivation:

The administrator can deactivate an active account.
A deactivated user can no longer log in to the platform.
The user's data and history are preserved — no deletion occurs.

-Reactivation
The administrator can reactivate a deactivated account.
Once reactivated, the user regains access with their previous roles and information.

-Confirmation
Every activation/deactivation action triggers a confirmation prompt before applying, and a success message after.

-Traceability
The account's current status (active/inactive) is visible on the user's profile.
