Description

As a user with configuration rights, I want the assistant’s knowledge sources to stay up to date so that reviews are based on current company practices.

Acceptance criteria:
I can refresh a knowledge source.

The application avoids unnecessary refreshes when the source has not changed.

I can see when a source was last updated.

If a source update fails, I receive a clear message
