As an administrator, I want to register and update company applications, so that they are available through PixiPortal.
Acceptance Criteria:
Registration
The administrator can register a new application with a unique application identifier, name, description, icon, and launch link
Modification
The administrator can edit an existing application's information.
Uniqueness
The system prevents registering two applications with the same identifier or the same name.
Consultation
The administrator can view the full list of registered applications, active and inactive.
