As a connected application, I want to receive synchronized project data from PixiPortal, so that project information remains consistent across the company's application ecosystem.

Acceptance Criteria:
Project creation synchronization
When a project is created in the main application, the system automatically propagates the project data to registered target applications that are authorized to receive it.

Project update synchronization
When shared project information is modified in the main application, the changes are automatically propagated to the authorized target applications.

Consistency
The synchronized project information remains consistent across the main and authorized secondary applications.

Real-time propagation
Changes are propagated automatically without requiring the user to manually recreate or update the project in each connected application.

Synchronization failure
If synchronization with a target application fails, the system records the failure and provides sufficient information to identify the affected synchronization.

Scope
Only registered and authorized connected applications receive synchronized project data.
