Description

As a connected application, I want to access centralized user information, so that I always use the company's official user data.

Acceptance Criteria:
Data availability
Connected applications can retrieve a user's information (identity, status, organizational attachment) as recorded in PixiPortal.

Consistency
Any change made by an administrator in PixiPortal (e.g., deactivating an account) is reflected in the data seen by connected applications.

Restriction
Only applications registered and active in the catalog (US-16, US-17) can consult this information.
