As a user, I want to access a personalized dashboard so that I have a quick overview of my activity on the platform.
Acceptance Criteria:
Dashboard display
Upon login, the user lands on a personalized dashboard summarizing key information (e.g., available applications, profile summary, notifications — exact widgets to be finalized with the team).

Quick access
The user can launch an application directly from the dashboard, without navigating through the full catalog.

Empty state
If the user has no assigned applications, the dashboard displays a guidance message instead of an empty screen.

Personalization
Dashboard content reflects only the current user's own roles and access — never another user's data.
