Description
As a user, I want to view the applications available to me, so that I can quickly access my work tools.
Acceptance Criteria:
Catalog display
The user sees only active applications they have access to (via roles or direct assignment).
Search
The user can search for an application by name.
No access
If the user has no application access, a message clearly indicates this
