Description

En tant que RH ou administrateur, je veux confirmer le fournisseur proposé ou créer un nouveau fournisseur, afin de rattacher correctement la facture.

Critères d’acceptation:
- L’utilisateur peut accepter le fournisseur proposé.

- Il peut sélectionner un autre fournisseur existant.

- Il peut modifier les informations extraites.

- Il peut valider la création d’un nouveau fournisseur.

- La création d’un fournisseur nécessite la validation des champs obligatoires.

- Le choix final est historisé.
