Description

En tant que système, je veux utiliser un moteur OCR pour les factures scannées ou les images, afin d’extraire leur contenu textuel.

Critères d’acceptation :
- Le système accepte les PDF scannés, JPG et PNG.

- Le moteur OCR extrait un texte exploitable.

- Le moteur OCR utilisé est sauvegardé.

- Le résultat OCR est sauvegardé.

- En cas d’échec, le statut passe à needs_review.
