Description

As a user, I want review findings to reference relevant internal knowledge when possible so that developers understand the reason behind the feedback.

Acceptance criteria:
A finding can show the internal source that supports it.

The source reference is visible in the review detail.

If no source is available, the finding is still clearly marked as a general suggestion.

The user can distinguish between source-backed feedback and general AI feedback.
