Description

As a user, I want the assistant to automatically start a review when a Merge Request is opened so that developers receive feedback without manual intervention.

Acceptance criteria:
When a Merge Request is opened, the assistant starts a review.

The review is linked to the correct project and Merge Request.

The review status can be followed in the application.

If the automatic trigger fails or is disabled, the review can still be launched manually.
