Description
As a user with configuration rights, I want to register a GitLab project so that the assistant can review its Merge Requests.
Acceptance criteria:
I can see my GitLab projects in the application.
I can register a project.
The application supports multiple registered projects.
I can see a dashboard containing all projects, with alerts if the webhook config is missing.
